Lahore Literature Festival

Despite a busy schedule I traveled from Islamabad to Lahore to attend the first ever Lahore Literature Festival. I wasn't dissapointed.The spirit was revived when event took place which was once home of legendry writers. I really wasn't expecting the event to be such a success but watching thousands of people made my day. I am currently working on a program called Revivng The Spirit Of Literature in Pakistan and watching thousand of people coming to visit such an event was so refreshing. I felt real proud of my Pakistan.  The seminars and all the people and hosts there were awesome, i don't who took the initiative but at the end of the day the event was a big success, even bigger than Karachi Literature Festival in my personal view. The Organizers were really really doing a great job and credit goes to Lahore Grammar School students, without them event was nothing. it was good to see foreigners visiting in such a great number. The Exhibition related to Allama Iqbal was nice. it was a good initiative and credit goes to all the people, Punjab Govt and LGS students
The other remarkable thing was weather, light drizzle was constantly adding colors to the event.
All I can say is that LLF 2014 just bring it...
